We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and family members / personal representatives.
- Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Perform care as directed by the Director of Nursing A/L.
- Promptly notify the on-duty Nurse of any change in resident status.
- Provide services consistent with the resident service plan.
- Participate in required initial and ongoing training programs and complete 15 hours of in-service training per year.
- Use proper body mechanics in the performance of all tasks.
- Only perform tasks in which training has been provided.
- Always practice standard precautions.
- Document services in an accurate and timely manner.
- Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services.
Requirements

- Excellent communications and human relation skills.
- Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed.
- RELIABLE ATTENDANCE
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: - Completed documented proof of CBRF Training as outlined in HFS-83
- At least 18 years of age
