Description
The Windsor Court seeks a Reservation Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle reservations in a friendly and efficient manner and quote available rates to maximize room revenue and average rates according to luxury standards. The Reservation Sales Agent will handle upwards of 75+ incoming calls per day and pursue sales opportunities to sustain the inbound sales program.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a dedication to customer service excellence
- Quote available rates to maximize room revenue and average rate according to luxury standards
- Pursue sales opportunities and capture business leads to sustain the inbound sales program
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of our customers, our products, our competitors, and our industry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and potential guests
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Meet and exceed established sales goals and performance metrics

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle upwards of 75+ incoming calls per day
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
