Reservation Specialist/Customer ServicePart time hours: Thursday - Monday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Summary: LHH is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Reservation Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient scheduling and exceptional service for our transportation clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Duties: - Handle incoming customer phone calls and accurately record ride details using a digital scheduling platform.
- Input new client data and update existing records in the system.
- Perform data entry tasks involving spreadsheets and database systems.
- Notify customers about delayed transportation services and confirm instances of missed pickups ("No Shows").
- Address and resolve concerns or complaints related to service.
- Generate and organize daily travel itineraries for drivers based on scheduled reservations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or reservations-related role.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including flexible or rotating schedules.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
