Job Description
Responsibilities:
Research and Development:
• Conduct cutting-edge research in AI and ML
• Explore and experiment with new machine learning techniques
• Develop Client AI solutions for complex problems across various industries
Algorithm Design:
• Design and implement Client algorithms for data analysis
• Improve the efficiency and scalability of existing models
Data Analysis:
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and key features
Model Training & Evaluation:
• Train machine learning models on large datasets and optimize them for accuracy
• Conduct thorough evaluation and testing of models using appropriate metrics
Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers
• Collaborate with other researchers and academic institutions
Publications & Presentations:
• Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at industry conferences
• Communicate complex research results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications: -
A Ph.D. or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML.
Minimum of 10 years of total experience
Technical Skills: -
• Expertise in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C , or Java
• Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization techniques
• Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects or publications in top-tier journals or conferences
• Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for model deployment
• Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
Experience:
• Strong research background, deep technical expertise in AI and ML
• Experience with deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Practical experience in designing and deploying ML models at scale
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
