Your role

USA Research Desk Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support to research analysts, economists and strategists. The Desk Assistant helps ensure a smooth running operation of the department by working closely with the publishing analysts and their teams, the Business Managers and the other team assistants on various recurring and ad hoc assignments. Key Responsibilities include :

•Administrative organization and coordination of managers' diary and travel arrangements

•Performs and coordinates routine and/or specialized work

•Handles incoming mail and calls

•Co-operates closely with other assistants

•Helps with administrative and operational functions that apply more broadly to the global department

•Submits expenses for processing

•Organizational services and support including the ordering of supplies and equipment, organization of travel arrangements and telephone and visitor screening

Detailed salary information:

• New York: the salary range for this role is $85000 to $107500
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
