Responsible for managing an assigned set of research protocols to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance of the protocol, attending clinic as needed. Responsible for compilation, registration, and submission of data; monitors study compliance and maintains a system for effective data flow associated with research protocols.
This role is three days a week, an 8 hour shift requirement. The days must be during clinic hours, no weekends. What you will do
- Assists with identification and implementation of appropriate study designs and clinical protocols; interfaces with project team to define clinical study design and overall clinical/regulatory strategy.
- Develops study-related documents, study protocols, CRFs, and other study assessment tools.
- Performs related background literature reviews; attends meetings and seminars to develop knowledge.
- Maintains accurate case report forms and source documents.
- Establishes and maintains productive working relationships with investigators, data coordinators, and other appropriate staff.
- Assists with identification and recruitment of investigative sites; ensures that adequate training and monitoring are in place at investigative sites.
- Interfaces with statistics, data management groups, and other appropriate groups/teams to generate required summary reports and analyses.
- Assists with analysis, interpretation, and presentation of clinical study results.
- Contributes to regulatory submissions and standard operating procedure manual.
- Monitors data according to GLP and GCP standards.
- Supports oral and written presentation of data by clinical investigators.
- Attends scientific sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: (Accounting Software (QuickBooks); Database Software (Access); Development Software; Internet Software; Manufacturing Software; Payroll Systems; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Contract Management Systems; Design Software; Human Resource Systems; Inventory Software; Order Processing Systems; Project Management Software; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook).

Compensation Range:
$23.00 to $26.00 Hourly
All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
