Job Summary
The Research Coordinator works as part of a team supporting commercial real estate brokers, appraisers and property management employees with their daily research needs by being a primary source of industry-leading information. The major function of this role is to assist with broker research requests for information from a variety of data systems along with team-based research projects.
The Research Coordinator is responsible for fielding research requests from brokers and appraisers, entering day to day comps and listings, and special research projects.
Essential Functions
- Develop submarket/city reports for marketing materials accurately and on time
- Assist brokers with research requests through a centralized ticketing system
- Enter daily listings into a proprietary system on behalf of the Research team accurately and on time
- Enter external Comps from a variety of sources accurately and on time
- Research and validate data accuracy using proprietary, online and subscription resources
- Manage broker expectations regarding data entry and on the timeliness of deliverables
- Update, attach documents, and enter new listings as needed
- Conduct and/or participate in special research projects as requested

- 1-year relevant experience, commercial real estate experience preferred, but not necessary
