This position is a Fully In-Office role based out of our Salt Lake City (Millrock Drive), UT Office

About you

You are a curious individual with advanced critical thinking skills. You understand the indispensable value that data can provide, and always find yourself asking why. This position provides a very strong foundation into the world of commercial real estate by delving into property information, as well as regional and market area data.

In this role, you will

Collect and organize diverse real estate information and data from a variety of sources, sharing collected information with relevant parties throughout the office

Update regional and market area data, including due diligence and tax information

Create and gather area maps, demographic data and property descriptions

Analyze property information and financials, confirming rent and sale comparable data

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

What youll bring

1+ years of experience in research, market analysis or a related role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Bonus skills and experience

Experience in ArcGIS or other GIS software

Experience using a research database (Costar, LoopNet)
