Research and Development Technician
A growing and innovative manufacturing company is seeking a Research and Development Technician to join its team on 1st shift . This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and mechanically inclined who enjoys supporting product development and testing processes in a collaborative environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Responsibilities:
•   Set up and operate equipment to produce printed samples and prototypes.
•   Inspect printed parts to ensure quality and accuracy to project specifications.
•   Perform and document various product and material testing as assigned.
•   Support process development and improvement initiatives.
•   Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area. Qualifications:
•   3 years of screen printing experience or similiar industry required.
•   Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
•   Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
•   Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
