Post Award Analyst
Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Post Award Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the awards and grant space with a minimum of 3 years of related experience in post-award administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a significant volume of transactions related to awards and grants.
- Perform complex financial analysis and customized reporting.
- Ensure compliance with research administration guidelines of Federal and non-Federal sponsors.
- Maintain independent judgment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service across diverse subject areas.
Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of research administration guidelines for Federal and non-Federal sponsors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting, fiscal, and reporting principles.
- Competence in using spreadsheet and database software for financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain independent judgment and a customer service focus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
