Position Information Crucial position for supporting various roles, including faculty, graduate students and lab research by assisting faculty with proposal submissions, which are essential for securing funding for the college, managing lab funds, and conducting payroll and position audits to guarantee accurate and timely payroll payments.
The full salary range for the Research Administrator 1 is $56,981.52 - $83,311.20 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $56,981.52 - $68,914.44 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Minimum Requirements Strong organization and communication skills and customer service focus. Ability to learn and develop understanding of applicable federal, state, local, sponsor, and institutional regulations, policies, and guidelines. Ability to perform routine financial analysis and reporting. Ability to learn and develop understanding of applicable compliance requirements related to use of human or animal subjects in research, financial conflict of interest, biosafety, etc. Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume, and deadline-driven work environment that requires coordination of multiple activities and the judgment and flexibility to reprioritize to accommodate emergency requests. Detail oriented. Proficiency working with computer and information management systems.
