Job Summary:
The Requirements Analyst synthesizes an organization's business processes, draws process maps, and articulates complex problems into requirements that drive development. The Analyst uses advanced consulting and planning expertise, develops innovative solutions to complex problems, while working without considerable direction This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
You Have:
3+ years of experience delivering and consulting within agile development teams
Experience organizing workflow development activities into releasable product increments using sprint planning, managing sprint backlogs, and burndown chart reporting
Experienced power user of SharePoint Online
Experience organizing and facilitating web-based meetings and communications with various levels of stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to manage complex projects to ensure they meet client expectations, analyze, synthesize, problem solve, and provide detail-oriented and high-level accurate reporting
Ability to provide interpersonal and consultative skills and excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or technical equivalent and 5 years of professional experience or a total of 13 years in lieu of education.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge and experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and/or data visualization tools
VA experience
