The Working Supervisor will oversee Office Services and Hospitality operations while providing leadership and direction to a team of 4-5 associates. Responsibilities include team supervision, process oversight, and operational support across multiple service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Services & Mailroom Support:
- Ensure completion of print and copy projects, maintaining quality control and tracking metrics.
- Oversee office equipment functionality, supply management, and troubleshooting.
- Support daily mail operations, deliveries, and workspace upkeep.
- Assist with document handling, shipping, and miscellaneous office tasks.
Workplace & Meeting Support:
- Manage hoteling and shared spaces, ensuring readiness and organization.
- Oversee conference room setups, meeting logistics, and client requests.
- Provide hands-on support for floor operations, ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
Pantry, Catering & Events:
- Maintain pantry and communal spaces to high hospitality standards.
- Coordinate food and beverage services, inventory management, and cleanliness.
- Assist with event logistics, catering orders, and onsite support.
Leadership & Reporting:
- Supervise and support team members, including scheduling and performance oversight.
- Track and report operational data, assisting with presentations and leadership updates.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional services or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology-driven environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
