Summary:
The Representative 1, Client Services

This position is in the Onboarding Department within Human Resources. The duties of this position include monitoring the intake of employee documents, organizing and preparing documents for scanning, and utilizing the appropriate software applications to scan employee documents. This position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

The hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains centralized personnel application data.

• Utilizes imaging technology to archive employee processing documentation.

• Schedules employee processing and onboarding.

• Assists external and internal clients in processing and application questions and technology needs.

• Maintains integrity of confidential information provided by employees and in alignment with all federal and state laws.

• Uses various computer systems and programs to review and provide paperwork to stakeholders.

• Works efficiently and productively in a high-volume setting.

• Operates technical equipment.

• Answers phone provides exceptional phone etiquette, and face-to-face customer service.

• Performs basic scheduling for applicants.

• Performs any other duties as assigned.

Experience: One (1) year of increasingly responsible experience in personnel/customer service in a high-volume setting.

Language Skills: Reads, analyzes, and interprets all kinds of documents. Responds to inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies, or community.

Mathematical Skills: Adds and subtracts two-digit numbers and multiplies and divides with 10s and 100s.

Reasoning Ability: Applies common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deals with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Physical Activities: Standing, walking, sitting, handling, keyboarding, talking, hearing, near acuity, and field of vision.

Lifting Demands: Up to 10 pounds.

Reaching Activities: Both dominant and non-dominant hand; overhead.

Environmental Conditions: Noise Intensity: 3, moderate.
