About the Role: We're supporting a leading financial services company seeking a
Reporting Sr. Analyst to drive automation and optimization of critical data reporting processes. This team focuses on life insurance and annuity data - including sales, premium collections, policy details, and more.
If you have 2 to 5 years working with large datasets, eliminating manual workflows, and delivering insights through advanced reporting tools, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:Automation & Optimization - Convert manual reporting processes to automated workflows using SQL, Tableau, R, and other tools
- Migrate from MS Access to more scalable platforms
- Create repeatable processes that reduce manual effort and enhance data consistency
Report Management - Develop, maintain, and distribute operational and executive-level reports
- Improve reporting usability and performance
- Organize and document reporting assets for team accessibility
Data Accuracy & Analytics - Validate data and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Support self-service dashboard development for storytelling and decision-making
- Champion efficiency and reporting best practices
