Reporting and Consolidations Manager
Responsibilities for Reporting and Consolidations Manager:
- Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation reporting process, including ensuring the appropriate disclosures and reporting practices are in accordance with U.S. GAAP and the SEC.
- Manage the preparation and distribution of financial statements and ensure compliance with company policies, U.S. GAAP, and the SEC.
- Ensure the integrity of the company's financial statements by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making sure financial statements are prepared in compliance with approved controls and processes.
- Monitor and interpret new accounting pronouncements and assess their impact on the company's financial statements
- Lead an assigned team of supervisors, principal accountants, and senior accountants by providing strategy, direction, and guidance.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Carry out other reasonable duties as requested
Qualifications for Reporting and Consolidations Manager:
- CPA required
- Big 4 audit experience is preferred
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields required
- A minimum of 5 years experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex accounting issues.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and meet strict deadlines.
- Delf-starter who is independent and can help identify projects and improvements.
