KWB Wealth is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Redlands, CA that provides personalized financial planning and investment management services to individuals, families, and businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Reporting Analyst/Trader.

Summary of Essential Duties:
As a Reporting Analyst/Trader, you will assist the Director of Portfolio Management in:
• Maintaining the firm's performance reporting system, Orion
• Running portfolio review reports for the firm's Wealth Managers
• Buying and selling securities as directed by advisors and the Director of Portfolio Management
• Quarterly projects, such as Required Minimum Distribution and dividend/capital gains calculations
• Gain proficiency in KWB and LPL Financial technologies such as Salesforce, LPL ClientWorks, and Riskalyze

Career Path:
Based on experience, this position timeline is 2-3 years depending on work ethic and retention of information. Once proficient in trading, the next position could be Research Analyst - providing information/making recommendations regarding products, investment selection, and reporting decisions. Eventually, the path upward is a Portfolio Manager to a Senior Portfolio Manager.
Starting Salary
$55,000 -$65,000 - Pay increases upon successful completion of required licenses and exams.
Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000 + Bonuses

Requirements
Necessary qualifications:
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from a four-year college or university.
• Must pass a regulatory background check, and within the first 6 months of initial employment, a new hire MUST pass the FINRA Series 66, 7, and SIE examinations.
