As a Report Developer, you will compile data into reports to ensure that the company and departments within the company have access to relevant information required to fulfill daily tasks. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards, writing and optimizing SQL queries, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Design, develop, refine, optimize and support custom reports for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs.
  • Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards to support business operations
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and transform data from SQL Server relational and fact/dimension warehouse tables.
  • Provide technical expertise in report development best practices and troubleshooting
  • Identify opportunities to re-use existing reports and components.
  • Troubleshoot, root cause, and solution data discrepancies.
  • Work with users to define the necessary requirements for a reporting request.
  • Conduct unit testing and support user testing to ensure data accuracy.
  • Deploy new reports into production environment adhering to established guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in related major and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years professional experience writing Microsoft SQL queries and creating SQL Server Reporting Services reports
  • Understand fact and dimension tables in a data warehouse
  • Strong relational database knowledge
  • Experience with LifePro a plus, experience with Azure tools a plus
  • Experience with other reporting and analytics platforms, like Power BI, is a plus.
