We are looking for a Replacement Technician with hands-on experience in removing and installing commercial HVAC and/or plumbing systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who thrives on precision, teamwork, and ensuring seamless system transitions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove and replace HVAC units, furnaces, condensers, water heaters, piping, or plumbing fixtures as required
- Ensure replacements meet all manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes
- Perform site assessments to prepare for replacement jobs
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed
- Provide excellent service and communication to clients throughout the job
- Keep job sites clean and safe at all times
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing system replacement
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installation best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- EPA Certification (for HVAC roles) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, rooftops, and variable weather conditions
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
