Position Summary Level I - Demonstrates the ability to apply training to technical tasks. Maintain 3 pcs/hr. Level II- Must meet or exceed 3.2 pcs/hr. Level III - Must meet or exceed 3.7 pcs/hr. Assist in the training of new hires and must be a source of help to other team members. Essential Functions Accurately and completely perform system entries and transactions associated with the repair process with minimal errors. Maintain inventory accuracy and batch traceability by following proper procedures for issuing, retrieving, and/or returning component inventory. Repair product at the targets established for your level. Use the necessary systems to review BOM's and drawings for complete and accurate repairs. Understand and follow established procedures including product labeling and testing requirements. Work productively and cooperatively with the team. Maintain strong lines of communication with your supervisor and all team members to collectively work towards team goals. Be proficient in all areas within your responsibility and offer and promote changes for improvement. Control cost by working efficiently and changing/repairing only what is needed. Understand and follow the organizations Quality Management System. Keep work area organized following 5-S work standards and workstation cleaning requirements diligently. Participate with all sustainability efforts including waste reduction and recycling. Performs other duties as assigned.
