Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and machinery as required
- Diagnose issues using troubleshooting techniques and repair tools
- Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or specialized equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and prevent potential issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Record and report completed repairs and parts used in maintenance logs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment functionality and performance
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any repair-related inquiries
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in repair or maintenance is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
