We are looking for a/an Rental Service Technician to join our CT Process Plants team in United States . Your main tasks and responsibilities: Assist the Service Technician at FRC Rental Shop (Cumming, GA) with the refurbishment of rental units Troubleshoot a variety of Industrial WWTE and resolve mechanical, electrical, and performance issues Assist customers on the phone and/or in the field with troubleshooting equipment Prepare detailed reports related to site visits, equipment problems/concerns/recommendations To succeed in this role, you will need: 2 years of technical trade or equivalent experience Ability to travel 50-60% of the time to perform service-related tasks at customer sites Course work or prior verifiable work experience with installing, troubleshooting and/or repairing electrical/pneumatic/automated/industrial equipment Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various hand/power tools to install/maintain equipment Knowledge of electrical components and understanding of electrical current flow with ability to identify and troubleshoot the same Ability to read and follow blueprints, machine drawings, and electrical drawings Knowledge of automated machine controls preferred Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to qualify for a US Passport Proficient in the use of computers and MS Office suite Flexibility with working hours while on project sites (some customers will require 2nd or 3rd shift assistance) What we offer you: An innovative, vibrant, and agile culture Opportunities to develop as a professional and grow in areas of your interest from a world-class, progressive international company A competitive salary and robust company bonus plan 12 paid holidays plus additional PTO and company paid time off to volunteer Comprehensive benefits program Retirement 401K plan matching with additional match benefits available after 1 year No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role Do you have a question about the role?
