Are you a driven candidate with solid experience? If so, we are looking for you. We are growing rapidly and looking for a REntal Customer Care Analyst who will partner with our growing team. The role is located at our Kansas City, MO location. You will be responsible for providing quality service to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.
Interact with rental customers to ensure customers have received the service and equipment that were ordered, as well as all necessary invoices, purchase orders. Primary rental customer contact for new rental customers as it relates to accounts receivable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Manages Rental Portal Customers
• Entering Service Sheets and invoices into customer portal daily
• Manage Customer PO's ensuring asset numbers are assigned and funds are available
• Works well with customer to correct any discrepancies
Ensures service invoices receive PO's and are entered timely
• Performs regular review of open invoices on each customer's account and makes daily check-in calls if needed
• Providing EVP - Rentals with accurate, timely status updates on each of their respective customer ac-counts with weekly and/or daily interactions as well as providing updated accounts information.
• Assessing potential delinquent accounts and escalating to management accordingly
• Specialist must continue to be up to date with accounting/finance systems and any changes in AR pro-cess (SOX compliance, etc.)
• Works with internal departments to resolve customer discrepancies and disputes
• Provide quality customer service both internally and externally
• Keep account DSO's to a minimum
• Represent department & the organization favorably and in accordance with company standards
• Any other duties related to Rental Customer Care Specialist that may be assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Exhibit strong analytical, technical, and research skills with attention to detail.
• Effective time management and prioritization of tasks is required.
• Ability to resolve conflict with strong negotiation skills and build good customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize high volume workload while working independently.
• Timely interpersonal communication with management & co-workers.
• Ability to organize job responsibilities (multi-task) and manage 3rd party effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Customer Service focused.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external customers.
• 10 key calculator and key entry (computer/typing) by touch.
• Goal oriented.
• Acts in a professional manner, deploys diplomacy in all situations, and possesses ability to work with customers when representing CTOS.
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of Windows-based office applications (i.e.; Word, Excel - Intermediate level preferred)
