•   Balance international and domestic rental assets, working to maximize rental profitability:
•   Actively position fleet based on data analysis performed and feedback from yard operations
•   Handle exceptions from the sales team by understanding equipment and accessory capabilities
•   Balance transfer freight expense to manage the fleet and assure efficient utilization
•   Independently make daily decisions to optimize chances of increasing rental revenue
•   Listen to stakeholder feedback and adjust management strategy of the fleet. Balance continued improvement vs. consistent execution
•   Independently decide to deviate from written policies as needed on day to day issues where time is of the essence.
•   Communicate and collaborate with the yard (warehouses) and sales team to ensure best customer experience through a variety of actions including:
•   Using prior experience, extract information from sales team by asking thoughtful questions. Follow-up on incomplete or ambiguous information until order can be fully and accurately executed.
•   Handling abnormal requests accurately and effectively, answering any questions.
•   Proactively communicate best method to handle exceptions and deviations from the norm.
•   Discuss recurring issues and collaborate with rental team and Manager to innovate and develop long term solutions.
•   Manage expectation between sales team and warehouses. Empathize with needs of sales team without overcommitting yards. Balance competing interests between multiple stakeholders.
•   Pro-actively meet with inside and outside sales team. Develop strategies to increase efficiency in order execution and clarify procedures as needed.
•   Ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion:
•   Review billing on a daily basis for consistency and accuracy
•   Delegate administrative tasks to rental administrator. Focus on 100% quality and review work and provide feedback.
•   Coach less experienced team members on best system practices
•   Cross train in other rental positions to back fill during absences and ensure billing, processing, and accuracy remains timely. Minimum Qualifications for Consideration

•   Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
•   Experience: General computer experience; organizational skills. Previous experience managing a rental fleet preferred, previous billing experience a plus
