Join us as a Customer Service Representative and assist customers with their post-purchase inquiries, whether it's tracking orders, checking status, or more. Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing incoming calls from customers regarding their recent purchases.
  • Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order status, returns, and other post-purchase requests.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to provide quick solutions for issues.
  • Effectively de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Occasionally engaging in upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A successful background check is necessary.
  • At least six months of customer service experience preferred.
  • High-speed Internet access with specific requirements (download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, ping less than 175ms; Ethernet connection required).
  • A typing speed of at least 30 WPM is required.
  • A secure workspace with a door accessible only to you during work hours.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or similar technologies, is preferred.
  • Training will consist of 19 full-time hours, Monday through Friday from 10am - 6:30pm CST starting the week of July 13th.
  • Flexibility for at least 40 hours of availability per week (minimum of 8 hours on one weekend day).
  • A minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, not exceeding 29 hours weekly.
  • Must reside in designated US hiring zones.
Note: Currently, we are not hiring individuals in the following states: AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, & NY, as well as specific metro areas including MS-Minneapolis, IL-Chicago, NY-New York City Metro, OR-Portland, MD-Montgomery County, WA-Seattle, and CO-Denver.
