Customer Service Representative, Remote Compensation: $17.31 per hour + Performance-Based Bonuses Full-Time Schedules Between 7am - 12am CST Health Benefits Begin Day One. As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers with post-purchase inquiries, including order tracking, status checking, and more. Your Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases.
- Assist customers in tracking orders, checking statuses, processing returns, and addressing other post-purchase needs.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to offer quick solutions and resolve any customer concerns.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while de-escalating frustrated customers.
- Occasionally support upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.

Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Minimum of six months experience in customer service.
- High-speed internet access with specific requirements for download, upload, and ping.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM accurately.
- A secured workspace that is private and only accessible to you during work hours.
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or similar technology preferred.
- Flexible availability to work seven days a week, including weekends.
- Must reside in a US hiring zone.
