Our Remote Customer Service Representatives have personalities that shine through on the phone, and love making an impact with every customer interaction.
Working as a Remote Customer Service Representative you will:
- Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbounds calls.
- Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and provide information to customers.
- Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control to ensure continuous achievement of individualized goals.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members.
