Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Ø 8+ years of experience in data management and MDM implementations.
Ø Implementation Experience on Reltio MDM tool
Ø Should have worked on Reltio to enable foundational capabilities like cross systemic search, deduplication engine, analytics
Ø Design and architect robust and scalable MDM solutions using the Reltio platform, considering business requirements, data governance policies, and integration needs.
Ø Configure and customize the Reltio platform, including data modeling, match and merge rules, survivorship rules, workflows.
Ø Design and implement data integration processes between Reltio and various source systems using APIs, connectors, and other integration tools.
Ø Extensive Knowledge in following MDM areas:
o Data Model Configuration
o UI Configuration (region specific)
o Search View configuration
o Dashboard configuration
o Connector configuration
o Reltio Data Extraction
Ø Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers, onshore and offshore remote and on-site, through the successful design, configuration and testing of Reltio solutions.
Ø Deep technical knowledge of architectural designs including integration approaches.
Ø bility to support multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teams.
Ø Excellent analysis, debugging and trouble-shooting skills, and persistence in problem solving
Ø Expertise on real time integration of Reltio with Multiple Source systems like Salesforce, Oracle, Excel
Ø 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Reltio MDM platform.
Ø Deep understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
Ø Strong experience in data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.
Ø Proficiency in Reltio configuration, development, and API integration.
