Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer
to join our dynamic engineering team helping to bring our efficient coolant distribution units to
market and ensure that our products lead in reliability. The successful candidate will influence
design choices, design and maintain reliability evaluation tools to maximize product reliability,
and lead DFMEA and PFMEA efforts supporting our coolant distribution units. The Senior
Reliability Engineer will lead the identification of reliability related test needs, planning, and
evaluation. The Senior Reliability Engineer will work to actively support the reliability mindset
across the CDU product team. Our products drive sustainability across the data center
infrastructure by allowing higher coolant temperatures and by driving more complete heat
capture for liquid cooling. Join us and help shape the future of data center thermal efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new and the maintenance of existing coolant distribution unit reliability models.
Lead DFMEA and PFMEA activities for JetCool coolant distribution units.
Collaborate with engineering and operations staff to ensure all test data is aggregated and field data is tracked for additional DFMEA or PFMEA insights.
