Reliability Engineer

Our client, a leader in designing, manufacturing, and markets absorbent hygiene products, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. This Reliability Engineer will be a Subject Matter Expert on Asset Reliability. Job Title: Reliability Engineer Location: Greenville, NC 27834 Pay Range: $95K-$105K yearly What's the Job?
•   Functions as a Subject Matter Expert on Asset Reliability.
•   Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques
•   Providing training and coaching in Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented
•   Managing the work order documentation in the CMMS to support a robust reliability and failure analysis effort (including monitoring closed work orders and providing training/coaching to the team)
•   Partnering with appropriate suppliers and customer technical resources to document best practices in the creation of robust PM, PdM, CdM and OPM tasks What's Needed?
•   Bachelor's Degree
•   2 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer
