Program Overview About The Role Coordinate and assist with the release cycle of software or system updates.
Ensure that new features, patches, or improvements are correctly integrated and deployed.
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
Monitor the system after the release for performance, bugs, and necessary improvements.
Focus on maintaining and enhancing existing systems rather than designing them from scratch.
Handle incident management and may work to ensure that enhancements meet user needs. Position is contingent upon Spring 2025 award Qualifications TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Expertise in release management processes and tools.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Knowledge of version control, testing, and deployment automation.
Communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.Desired Relevant certifications related to job function (CRM, DevOps, CSM, ITIL, CompTIA Project+)
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
