What you'll do (and why it matters):

  • Be the first call and last word for financial advisors needing help, answers, or ideas.
  • Keep advisors engaged, educated, and happy-so they can focus on helping their clients retire with dignity.
  • Tackle questions on platform tools, account setup, paperwork, transitions, and products-and make it all feel easy.
  • Proactively reach out to advisors, not just react. Think relationship, not ticket.
  • Partner with operations, compliance, and investment teams to deliver seamless service.

What you bring:

  • A bachelor's degree (finance, business, or related field preferred).
  • Comfort with CRMs, Microsoft Office, and digital platforms.
