1. Evaluate and interpret trade compliance laws and regulations, focusing on customs, tariffs, and tax compliance for import and export activities. 2. Gather and analyze information on clients' international trade activities, including import/export documentation, regulatory filings, and other related data. 3. Review and document compliance issues, preparing reports that highlight potential areas of risk or non-compliance. 4. Communicate compliance requirements and updates to clients, providing advisory services on minimizing risks associated with customs, duties, and international tax obligations. 5. Work closely with accounting professionals to support the accurate calculation of customs duties and international taxes based on compliance findings.
