Job Summary

Project Management - Data Analysis, Reports, and Presentations: Concurrently implements multiple Accreditation & Clinical Regulatory projects. Coordinates dates and develops plans for mock surveys and shared services accreditation work. Guides reporting of sampling/data collection. Accesses, creates and/or modifies queries to produce reports in Microsoft and Business System applications such as Excel, NHDM, Verge, SharePoint, Survey Monkey, CMS and The Joint Commission Websites. Monitors, communicates, and performs tracking on trends and goals to include quality, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and financial vitality.Policy Coordinator EducatorServes as educator for policy and procedure processes for Novant Health. Provides support for the coordination and consolidation of corporate medical documents involving all aspects and departments involved in the process. Individual role assignment in conjunction with the assigned Accreditation & Clinical Regulation Leader for either facilities-based and/or process based functions. Examples are: FMC, KMC, FRMC, MPH, PH, PHH, PHM, POH, PW, RRMC, TMC, UCMC, Corporate, New Facility Integration as assigned, Disease Specific Certification, Others as assigned. Assures standardization of education and training processes across the organization for NH Document Manager system processes and the development of policies and procedures in the NH template. Delivers educational opportunities in professional customer-focused manner.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Associates Degree or experience in project business management, preferred. Bachelors Degree or experience in project business management, preferred.
  • Experience: Three years experience in policy management, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Ability to analyze business needs and develop complex reports for specific audiences. Working knowledge of database design and query methodologies. Knowledge of statistical process control, and ability to aggregate, interpret and present findings; trends and themes. Ability to self-manage and multitask consistently. Computational and statistical analysis skills. Expertise in Microsoft office suite. Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt communication/education style and content to various audiences. Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with medical terminology. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft word, outlook, Adobe, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to work with changing priorities. Excellent organization, planning and coordinating skills. Able to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority. Able to work independently and on multidisciplinary teams using effective analytical skills and initiative.
