Coordinate and assist in root cause analysis investigations, CAPAs, and follow-up actions

Develop, translate, and deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) food safety training materials and sessions

Participate in on-floor compliance checks, including GMP audits, pre-op inspections, sanitation validation, and production walk-throughs

Ensure all programs meet USDA, FDA, and GFSI standards and are audit-ready at all times

Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Sanitation teams to ensure food safety systems are being followed and enforced

Assist with electronic documentation systems and FSQA data entry/analysis to support reporting and traceability

Support internal audit programs and continuous improvement projects aimed at regulatory readiness and product integrity

2-5 years in a regulatory, compliance, or QA documentation role within food manufacturing (USDA facility preferred)
