Regulatory Affairs Specialist Compensation

The pay for this position is $34-$44/hr

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Regulatory Affairs Specialist Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexible)

Regulatory Affairs Specialist Responsibilities
-
Request, compile, and process documentation (forms, labels, payments, letters) from US and international government agencies
-
Handle Free Sales Certificates, Export Certificates, GMP Certificates, and related regulatory documents
-
Secure notarizations and verify signatures on certificates
-
Communicate with government agencies, embassies, and global regulatory departments to ensure proper document legalization and processing
-
Track document status through all steps to ensure timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders
-
Distribute finalized documents to appropriate teams and maintain thorough documentation files
-
Provide administrative support for the Regulatory Affairs and Global Toxicology departments
-
Manage incoming and outgoing internal and external email communications
-
Coordinate FDA Food Facility re-registrations for all global and US sites
-
Respond to regulatory inquiries from customers, sales reps, and marketing managers
-
Initiate and maintain state license applications and track PO requests and payments for the Regulatory Affairs department
Regulatory Affairs Specialist Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with minimal supervision

Experience with document tracking and coordination preferred

Strong email and administrative skills, especially in a regulated environment
