Pacific Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with advanced dental skills, including extractions, to join our outstanding team.Our technicians are essential to delivering exceptional patient care in both outpatient and surgical settings. In this role, you will assist during exams, prepare patients for surgery, monitor anesthesia, and play a key role in dental procedures-especially extractions-working closely with our doctors to ensure comprehensive oral health care.
We are particularly looking for a technician who is confident and experienced in veterinary dentistry and passionate about maintaining high standards in dental diagnostics, cleanings, radiographs, and surgical support.
Client education is also a vital part of this position, and we expect our technicians to provide clear, compassionate communication to pet owners regarding dental health and treatment plans.

Full-time benefits and compensation :
This is a flexible, full-time, or part-time position, with 10-hour shifts, schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.
- Compensation: $28-32 per hour, for each hour worked

Required qualifications and skillset:
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of California
- 3-5 years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Anesthesia induction and monitoring
- Dental prophy and radiographs
- Dental Extractions
