A 25-bed critical access hospital seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to provide safe, effective respiratory care services under clinical supervision. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing patients with respiratory illnesses, initiating care plans, monitoring patient responses, and participating in emergency situations. RCPs must document care accurately and maintain patient confidentiality. Minimum requirements include an Associate Degree in Respiratory Care, active North Carolina licensure, and BLS certification.
