We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our valued clientele. You will work closely with our financial advisors to ensure client needs are met and that all client service activities are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service:

o Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

o Process client requests, including account transfers, withdrawals, and other service requests.

o Prepare and distribute client reports and statements.

o Schedule and coordinate client meetings.

o Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.

o Assist with clients onboarding and off-boarding processes.

Operations Support:

o Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings.

o Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and industry's best practices.

o Assist with the resolution of client service issues.

o Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

o Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Series 6 or 7 and 63 securities licenses preferred, or willing to study and pass in first year.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role within the financial services industry.

Understanding of financial products and services.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
