Registered Occupational Therapist

•  Lead and manage substance use treatment services at a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Brooklyn, focusing on the integration of behavioral health, addiction treatment, and primary care.
•  Oversee clinical teams, launch and supervise the OUD/MAT program, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and support program development.
•  Responsibilities include staff recruitment and supervision, implementing evidence-based practices, coordinating with community partners, quality assurance, budget oversight, and fostering culturally competent, trauma-informed care.
•  Requires 5-8 years clinical leadership, advanced CASAC or equivalent licensure, supervisory experience, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills; bilingual preferred.
