Position Summary: The OT - Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to laws and standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT) Active state license required One year of post-acute care experience preferred CPR certification required upon hire Specific Job Requirements:
Participate in community health projects Proficient in Microsoft Office Liaise with patients and families Demonstrate good body mechanics Make independent decisions as needed Knowledge of post-acute care regulations Implement departmental policies Maintain confidentiality and professionalism Essential Functions:
