Registered Nurses

The Lead position at Orlando Health Cancer Institute involves coordinating and overseeing the evaluation and preparation of patients for Hematopoietic Stem Cell transplantation and cellular therapies. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, conducting pre-treatment interviews, coordinating donor searches, collaborating with medical personnel, providing patient education, and participating in program development, research, and educational activities. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in nursing, RN License in Florida, Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse certification, Certified Oncology Nurse certification (preferred), current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification, two years of oncology/BMT nursing experience, and three years of BMT/Cellular Therapy experience with at least one year as a coordinator.
