Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care. Oversee clinical protocol implementation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans. Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvements. Maintain accurate documentation per ICD-10 standards. Provide training on behavioral health and emergency procedures. Address staffing issues promptly. Requirements include a current RN license, nursing management experience, knowledge of anatomy and infection control, and strong communication skills. Full-time position with benefits. Pay: $49.10 - $49.72 per hour.
