Registered Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

•  Lead and support nursing staff through evaluations and guidance.

•  Oversee adherence to clinical best practices, including infection control, medication, and sterile techniques.

•  Implement protocols related to anatomy, IV infusion, catheterization, and emergency care.

•  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and improve patient care plans.

•  Monitor patient outcomes, drive quality improvements, and ensure accurate documentation per ICD-10 standards.

•  Provide staff training on behavioral health and emergency procedures.

•  Manage staffing and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements include an active RN license, management experience, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Experience in emergency medicine and behavioral health is preferred. The role is full-time, with benefits and scheduled shifts including days, weekends, and on-call. Preference for candidates in Hamilton, NJ, with relocation considered.
