Job DetailsWhat You Will Be Doing
Supervising and managing the daily activities of the unit staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care
Conducting patient assessments to determine care needs and developing appropriate care plans
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate primary care services and ensure continuity of care
Overseeing the administration of IV infusions and other medical procedures as required
Maintaining accurate documentation in Cerner and other electronic health record systems
Providing training and support to staff on medical terminology, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), and memory care practices
Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development
Skills You Need
1+ years of experience as a nurse in a nursing home
License, or eligibility to be licensed, as a RN in NY.
