Full Time 1st Shift/ Part Time 3rd Shift
12 Hour Shifts.
Hourly Pay + $3.40 / Hour EXTRA Hero Pay
Must hold current license to practice as a RN.
Responsibilities:
1st Shift Full Time: 6am-6pm, 6 Day Rotation
3rd Shift Part Time: 6pm-6am, 4 Day Rotation - NO WEEKEND ROTATION
$3 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift
70 Bed Facility
Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.
Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.
A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
Current RN License
Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
