Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
Manage patient care plans, including IV insertion and catheterization as needed.
Provide support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Assist in the management of critical care situations, utilizing advanced nursing skills.

Qualifications
Current RN License with supervisory experience
Strong management skills and knowledge of patient care
Background in critical care, long-term care, or assisted living settings
