Registered Nurse Supervisor

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility in Millersburg, PA.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that residents receive high-quality, individualized care in alignment with their needs. This role involves overseeing patient care, providing guidance to nursing staff, and actively assisting in the coordination of daily nursing operations. The RN Supervisor ensures that all nursing activities comply with current regulations, facility policies, and best practices, fostering a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

Rate: Up-to $50/hour

Experience as a Nurse Manager
