Position: Registered Nurse Supervisor - NOC
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the NOC Shift Supervisor, leading our overnight team with professionalism and heart.The Registered Nurse will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for staff. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing compassionate care to our residents. This role is ideal for a skilled RN looking to take on a leadership role during our night shift while earning a highly competitive rate. You'll oversee the clinical operations of the facility overnight, ensuring exceptional care and support for both residents and staff.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (no on-calls.)
Pay: $45.00/hour + $5.00/hour bonus - Totaling $50.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing care within the assigned unit, ensuring adherence to facility policies and state and federal regulations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Monitor resident care plans, assessments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Conduct regular rounds to assess residents' conditions and address any concerns.
Assist with staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
Ensure proper infection control procedures are followed within the unit.
Handle resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to nursing care and unit operations.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience in a healthcare, long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care setting.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding nursing home operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and support staff.
Compassionate approach to resident care and advocacy.
