Registered Nurse Supervisor

Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Oversee case management processes to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide training and support to nursing staff on procedures such as catheterization and tube feeding.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems like Epic.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance memory care services.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Skills
Strong knowledge of physiology and nursing principles.
Proficiency in family planning practices.
Experience in dementia care and memory care strategies.
Ability to perform catheterization and manage tube feeding procedures.
Familiarity with case management processes and documentation standards.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
